IrieFit Privacy Policy

IrieFit ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the IrieFit mobile application and related services.

3. Data Storage, Retention & Security

We store your data using secure third-party cloud infrastructure and take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it — including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls on backend services. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).

We rely on the following third-party providers to operate IrieFit. Each operates under its own privacy policy.

We do not grant these providers the right to use your data for their own marketing purposes.

5. Health Data

We do not sell health data. Health and fitness data accessed through device integrations (such as Apple Health or similar) is used solely to power in-app features and improve your personal experience.

You can revoke health permissions at any time through your device's system settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Health; Android: Settings → Apps → IrieFit → Permissions).

6. Subscriptions & Payments

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by the platform through which you subscribed — either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store or have access to your payment card information. Subscription status and entitlement data may be processed via RevenueCat to determine your access to premium features.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with third-party service providers who help us operate, secure, and improve the app, and only to the extent necessary for those purposes. We may also disclose data when required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

8. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. We will remove your personal information from our active systems promptly upon request.

  2. By email: Send a deletion request to support@iriefitwell.com from the email address associated with your account

Note: Subscription cancellations must be handled separately through your platform's subscription settings (see Section 6). Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

10. Children's Privacy

IrieFit is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Photos & Camera Permissions

IrieFit may request access to your device camera or photo library solely to allow you to capture or select progress photos for upload. We do not access your photos for any purpose other than features you explicitly initiate. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
